Bespoke Gifts sell handmade personalised giftware for all occasions and all items are Handmade in our workshop in Ballybofey, Co. Donegal

Bespoke gifts are based in Ballybofey, Co. Donegal and work from a 1800sqft facility. We pride outselves on the best quality possible. Trust us when we say if we are not happy when we make a item it goes straight in the bin and we re do it.

Bespoke Gifts is a family owned and operated business. Its directors are Louisa Wiliams and Aaron McKeown along with our 2 sons Logan & Jensen. - Previously we were called Twin Town Crafts but we rebranded due to our growth and selling online.

Shipping


Our shipping fees vary for different items as the weight is different but generally its €5.95 for An Post Tracked delivery in Ireland.

When your order is Fulfilled you will receive a email with full tracking to An Post's website.

Not a problem if your country isnt listed at checkout please drop us a email so we can organise a shipping quote - We ship all over the world.

Return's, Exchange's & Refunds


Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on personalised items.

The reason is that personalised items are unique to each customer and cannot be resold.

If there's an error on our side, such as a misspelling or incorrect design, we will gladly exchange the item for you at no additional cost.

Our personalised chopping boards are crafted from natural wood, and each piece is unique due to the inherent variations in the wood grain. These variations may include knots, which are a natural part of the wood and add character to the product. Please note that as these boards are personalised and made from natural materials, we do not offer returns or exchanges based on the presence of knots or other natural wood defects. We strive to provide accurate representations of our products on our website, and we appreciate your understanding of the individuality that comes with each piece. If you have specific concerns about your personalised item, please contact us, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

We are not liable for errors in the personalisation details provided by the customer. Therefore, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for personalised items if the error is on the customer's side.

We do not accept cancellations or offer refunds on personalised items once the production process has started, unless there's an error on our side. Please contact us within 24hr to cancel a order placed.

If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 24hr of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
